A nationwide tour with the Ministry of Education through the STEP Centre: 120 teachers, 60 school leaders, a School Leaders Dialogue and a meeting at Ministry HQ. 75+ schools requested Stick ’Em afterwards. Brunei teachers gave the highest workshop scores we have recorded in any country.

About 33 primary and secondary teams from 6 countries and territories came to Singapore for the global final, after qualifying rounds in Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Their surprise mission was about sharing resources fairly, inspired by UN Sustainable Development Goal 1.

Bangkok, Thailand
The first Global Robotics Games round in Thailand, run with ICS Robotics Club. Teams learnt the kit in the morning and solved the national challenge in the afternoon, and the champions won a sponsored place at the global final in Singapore.

BPK Penabur trained 700 teachers in 2 sessions for 20 schools. Bogor trained 225 people from 6 schools. Several Indonesian schools now run regional trainings for neighbouring schools.

33 primary and secondary teams spent one day researching, prototyping and presenting robots for their communities, from delivery robots to ocean clean-up, in a challenge run with Rulang Primary School.
